This phase 1 website is a static information and download site. It is not presented as a browser chat client or a hosted multi-tenant messaging SaaS.

Operational logs may exist at the web server level for security and maintenance. The relay service at chat.mikochat.ru follows the architecture and policies of the Chatmail relay deployment stack.
